I initially saw Dr Burn's free offerings on U-Tube, then discovered his website, and tried out the free series of 5 videos, and was then tempted to buy the bundle of 3 special reports. I was impressed by the videos and the reports, and finally decided to buy his courses 1 & 2, for which there was a special offer.
I was not disappointed. I have learned a lot from Dr Burns, and I think I will continue to learn from him, as a I go back over his courses and videos. I think I am already a better and more successful trader, making perhaps fewer, but more thoughtful, rational trades, with a good success ratio.
Dr Burns is a (relatively) unsung hero of the trading world, but I can now see exactly why people have praised him so highly. It is all well-deserved.

I friend of mine told me about Top Dog Trading 5 day free courses. I was impressed by how Dr. Burns delivered the trading basics that I decided to buy course one and two. I am still reading the manuals and listening to the videos. So far I have to say my money was well spent. I enjoy the pace, and the teaching is crystal clear. I thought I knew a bit about trading, but I was wrong. There is a lot to learn in his courses. Too bad I did not know about Dr. Burns and Top Dog Trading before. I could have made fewer mistakes.

Before listening to Barry Burns, I thought I knew a great deal about technical analysis. I realised soon after his tuition that I had much to undo and relearn. Now I can look at a chart and more clearly recognise waves and cycles. BB is relaxed, and patient and inspires confidence. He is a great teacher and stresses that we cannot foretell the future, but we can trade with the odds on our side. His videos are the best teaching tools I have come across.

I stumbled over Barry Burns website by chance and WOW, I’m glad I did.
I had only been trading a few months and subscribed to his free 5 day course after my first visit. On the third day I bought both Course 1 and Course 2 based on the information shared in those first three days of the free course. What I liked was Dr Burns approach to teaching. There is no “I’m so great at this” blowing his own whistle, it’s just great information explained in a friendly and very informative style. I’ve worked through the material several times and each time pick up something extra, or a principle becomes clearer.
It’s allowed me to time entry into trades better and, more importantly, has kept me out of a couple of trades which would have been losers, before Dr Burns course I would have been tempted to get into them. Plus it’s got me out of trades I would have still been in when they turned and started to lose some of the profit from them, my exit strategy is better.
The £2000 2 day course run by another company, whilst worth every penny in it’s own right, did not teach the principles taught by Dr Burns for considerably less, and Dr Burns method applied to what I already understood has made a considerable difference. I thoroughly recommend signing up for the 5 day free course to see Dr Burns style, and I thoroughly recommend both course 1 and 2 of his foundation course.
